Nancy Elaine Pryor

Nancy Pryor passed away at Providence ICU Monday, June 11, 2018 after a good fight with a lengthy illness.
Graveside Services: 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at St. Olaf’s (Rock Church) in Cranfills Gap
Nancy was born July 7, 1947 to Paul and Castelle Fanning of Waco.  She was a member of First Lutheran Church of Waco for many years.  She
graduated from LaVega High School in 1965 and was married briefly to Ellis Wiseman.  This union resulted in the birth of her only
child, Paula.  Nancy worked for many years at all of the local sewing factories where she was known as a very hard worker.
Nancy worked hard and she played hard.  She loved to laugh and have fun.  Some of her favorite things were sewing, swimming,
playing various games and dominos, travel, visiting with friends and family, and Country-western dancing.  Through dancing, she met the love of her life, Larry Pryor, at the Melody Ranch.  They married & enjoyed 37 years together.  In later years, Larry became her devoted caregiver.
Nancy was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by those who survive her:  husband, Larry Pryor of Bellmead; daughter, Paula Free,
also of Bellmead; brother, Gary Fanning of Austin; brother, Bobby Fanning and wife, Sherry of Robinson; granddaughter, Christi Free of
Colorado Springs, Colorado; great grandchildren, Abigail, Connor, & Elisabeth, also of Colorado Springs, and many cousins, nieces,
nephews, and good friends.
The family wishes to thank the Drs. and staff of Providence Healthcare Center for all their kind care of Nancy.
