Mary "Maria" Dominguez, 93, of China Spring, passed away Wednesday, February 5th at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM Saturday, February 8th at St. Francis Catholic Church with Rev. Gonzalo Ferrer as celebrant. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 6PM Friday, February 7th followed by visitation until 8PM at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. Maria was born May 18, 1920 to Roman and Inez (Deleon) Dominguez in Villa de Ramos San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The family moved to Texas in 1925.She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and The Guadalupanas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margaret Dominguez and Dolores Dominguez; and brothers, Tommy Dominguez and Pete Dominguez.
Survivors include brother, Julian Dominguez of China Spring; niece, Mary Plemons and husband Randy of China Spring; great nephew, Roman Plemons; and great niece, Elysia Plemons; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Larry Plemons, Charlie Dominguez, Alex Dominguez, Joe Anthony Dominguez, Jordan Jimenez, and Charles Dominguez.

The family wishes to acknowledge a special Thank you to Caregivers, Helen Smith and Vicenta Tinoco, and Bluebonnet Health Services associates Molly, Landy and Sandra. Also, special thanks to Robyn Trippe and Julie Marroquin for their musical gifts.
