Lewis Thomas “Bubba” Davis, Jr., 77, of Waco, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 in Waco.

Viewing and Visitation: 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at Lake Shore Funeral Home

Bubba was born February 2, 1942 in Waco. He was the owner and operator of Davis Krispy Chicken on 11th Street in Waco for many years until his retirement.

Bubba loved coaching pop warner football, little league baseball and softball.  He also loved all of his friends at the Sul Ross Senior Dance.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L.T. and Cleo Davis and brother, James Davis.

Bubba is survived by sons, Jeff Davis and wife, Jackie, Mike Davis and wife, Heather, and Brad Davis and wife, Renee; daughter, Lisa Vale and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Ryan, Haley, Trenton, Brady, Meagan, Katie, Annabelle, and Amelia Vale; brother, Johnny Davis and wife, Lynn; sister, Judy Patillo and husband, Dale; sister-in-law, Jackie Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
