Kathleen Hitt, 85, of Waco, went to meet her Lord and Savior Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Providence Hospice Place in Waco after a brief illness.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at Lake Shore Funeral Home
Graveside Service: 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 9, at King Cemetery near Gatesville
Kathleen was born September 20, 1935 in California and moved to the Waco area where she has lived for the past 52 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Edna Cole; her husband, Charles D. Hitt Sr.; and granddaughter, Meagan Neal.
Kathleen is survived by her son, Raymond Hitt and wife, Barb of Appleton, WI., Charles D. Hitt Jr. and Richard A. Hitt both of Granbury; daughters, Elizabeth Garner and Denise Sparkman and husband, Robert all of Granbury and Julia Story and husband, Bill of Waco; one sister, Jacklyn Oleson of Arcadia, California; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
