Karen Lynn Smith, 65, of Waco, Texas passed away peacefully on November 23, 2022 in Waco, Texas from complications of a stroke.
Celebration of Karen’s Life: 6pm Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Rocky’s Roadhouse, 926 S. Lacy Drive, Waco, Texas 76705.
Karen was born in Fort Worth, Texas and spent her early years through graduation in Mont Belvieu, Texas. In the early 1980’s she moved to Waco, Texas. She attended Church of the Open Door and she enjoyed gardening and painting.
Karen is survived by her son, Kenneth (Trey) Smith and his fiancee, Rachel Legge; grandson, Joseph and a host of friends.

Karen has such a old soul and a bright light. She was always smiling such a contagious smile and if she wasn’t then u better watch out. Tougher than nails. This world will not be the same with her beautiful soul here, I’m missing her dearly and I know I’m not alone. Rest my friend no more pain now, and we will meet again! I love you and will keep ur memory alive!
