Even though she knew she would die, she would tell everyone in resounding way…..”I am blessed, I am truly blessed!”. The nursing staff would be disappointed and be upset with each other if THEY did not get to take care of Johnnie!! Her positive attitude was totally infectious!! “WHY” you may ask? Because when you came to cheer her up……she would start out the conversation with, “How are you doing and how is your family?” Johnnie is going to be missed so much by her family and her spiritual family.
