Jeffrey Walton Parker, 52, of Waco died October 15,2017 in Waco.

Jeff was born August 25, 1965 in Plainview, Texas, and moved with his parents Bobbie and Joe Parker Jr. to Abilene TX in 1966, and then to Liberty, TX in 1969. He eventually moved to Axtell, TX where he attended High School in 1986. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father Joe Parker, Jr. in 2003. He is survived by his mother Bobbie Parker Pruett his older brother Joseph S. Parker, III, his younger sister Michelle Parker DiNovi, his daughter Caitlyn, uncle Jay Pruett, niece Mary DiNovi, nephew Matthew DiNovi, cousin Shannon Pruett, and many other friends and family members.
