James Scarbro Jr., 74, of Waco, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. A private graveside service was held Thursday, March 7, 2013.
James was born September 14, 1938. He served in the United States Navy for 19 years and received five good conduct awards during his time.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce, as well as many other friends and family members.
