James Richard Bortell, 57, of Waco passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at a local hospital. Funeral services will be 1 PM, Monday, Feb. 4, at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. James Stevens will be officiating with Elder M. Douglas as eulogist. Military honors will be rendered by the US Army. A private burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
