James Perry Williams of Clifton passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 15, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.

Williams was born September 30, 1920, in Coleman, Texas. He served his country in World War II with two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart medal.

He was a well known business man in Dallas, Texas. He was proud to be a member of the masonic lodge.

He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Wayne Williams; his parents, Henry Homer and Gussie Williams; and three brothers, Henry Norman "Bud" Williams, W. D. "Bill" Williams and Jack Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Civilla "Ginger" Williams; one sister, Mary Sue Seals of Colorado; one granddaughter, Kelli Williams-Mirus and her husband, Carl "Freddie" Mirus III of Plano; four great-grandchildren, Carl IV, Karissa, Kat and Kyle Perry Mirus, all of Plano.
