Jack Ketcher, 78, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010. Services will be 2PM Tuesday, December 21st at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. Visitation with the family will be 1PM to 2PM prior to the service. Private burial will follow the service at Prairie Grove Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary O. Ketcher; brother, Allen Ketcher; and great grandchild, Kimberly Salisbury.
Survivors include son, Robert Ketcher and wife Janice; daughter, Mary Edith Smith; seven grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Joan Johnson.

Condolences for the family of “Jack Ketcher”
I read this mornings paper and was so to hear of Mr. Ketcher’s passing. My prayers are with all of you. I will always remember him for his contribution of a blood donation and recruiting people at the door of the hospital when I was so close to death. I waited on him at the Hillsboro Water Department many times. I will always remember what a kind and generous person he was.
Robert and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you .

Mr. Jack was very special to us, we always enjoyed him at Open Range Cowboy Church. His passing saddens us. His sweet smile will be missed.
