George Olan Brown, Jr., 83, of McGregor, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020.
George was born August 15, 1937 in Muldoon to George O. Brown, Sr. and Bettie A. (Scott) Brown, the fifth of ten children. George served his country proudly as a member of the United States Army. He then worked at Gilmore Davis Furniture Store in McGregor for over 30 years as the delivery driver.
He was preceded in death by parents, George Olan Brown, Sr. and Bettie A. Brown; and brothers, Leslie M. Price and Leon Brown, Sr.
He is survived by his sisters, Helen L. Edmonds, Bobbie J. Caufield, Irene Owens, Mary Joyce White, and Vertilure Knight; brothers, Larry Louis Brown and Gerald Dean Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
