Garner Dale Swilley Fuller

Well, she has changed her address. She moved to her heavenly home on December 28, 2019. She now lives with her heavenly Father and all of her family and friends who moved there before her.

Graveside service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at China Spring Cemetery. A reception will follow at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

She was born in Manning, Arkansas on May 18, 1923. She graduated from Winnfield High School in Winnfield, Louisiana where she lettered in basketball. They went to State that year and she was chosen All-State guard.

Besides reading her Bible, listening to hymns being sung, she loved to paint roses and shared many of them with family and friends.  She learned to play backgammon at the age of 90 and it became her favorite pastime.

She was the proud mother of three children, grandmother of three and great-grandmother of three.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Austin Swilley and Charlotte Irene O’Neal Swilley; and her son, Raymond Jay Fuller.

Saddened by her sudden move are her daughter, Randa Irene Fuller of Woodway, TX; her son, Michael Keith Fuller and wife, Megan Fuller of Salinas, CA; her grandchildren, Adam Scott Fuller and wife, Kristi Fuller of Lorena, TX, Elizabeth Anne Fuller Ayers of Napa, CA and Cameron Dale Fuller of Vanouver, Canada; and her great-grandchildren, Chandler, Attison, and Abigale Fuller of Lorena, TX.

She is also survived by her siblings, her brother, Durwood Swilley, her brother,  Conrad Swilley and wife,  Gayle, and sister, Lynette Peters and husband, Mal.

We all will miss you dearly and hold our fond memories of you in our hearts until we see you again.

Dear Randa & Mike ,
We want to express our sincere condolences on the loss of your mom always known to us as “Fuller”. She was a family friend for many many years. She & mama shared many cups of coffee & conversations together.
