Fred W. Doye, 95, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at a local nursing center. Graveside services will be 10AM Monday, November 1, 2010 at Waco Memorial Park with Rev. Ron Miller officiating. There will be no visitation. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online Guest Book at www.LakeShoreFuneralHome.com.
He was preceded in death by son, Larry Doye; and several siblings.
Survivors include wife of 71 years, Rachel Doye; son, Ted Doye and wife Velda; grandchildren, Avery McKinney and wife Leslie, and Tonya Rodriguez and husband Marcos; five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to acknowledge a special Thank you to Lisa, Stacy, Molly and Sarah at Quality Care Nursing Center for their personal assistance and care.

I well remember when you and Fred were married. He was so happy to claim you for his bride! I know that you have gone through all kinds of trials in your marriage, but you were strong to the end. It is so wonderful to know that you will be together again in Heaven. Fred was a good man, loyal husband, and loving father to your children. I hope that you can soon enjoy your wonderful memories with joy.
