Frances Elizabeth Price, 67, of Waco, passed away peacefully with her family at her side Saturday, May 8, 2021 at her residence.

Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 17, at Lake Shore Funeral Home with Rev. John Eastman officiating.

Frances was born July 24, 1953 in Columbia, South Carolina to Clarence Brooks and Elizabeth Wilson Brooks. She married William Eugene Price on April 6, 1986. In her earlier years, Frances worked as a Fire Damage Inspector, but then became a homemaker that managed the family home of a proud Marine.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Elizabeth Brooks; and her daughter, Tonya.

Frances is survived by her husband of 35 years, William Eugene Price; her children, Robbie of Waco, Bryan of Gastonia, North Carolina, Don of Waco, Tina of Gastonia, North Carolina, Crystal of Shiner, Alexia of Manchester, Maine and Amber of Manchester, Maine; grandchildren, Christin, Kayla, Shayla, Chehalis, Taylor, Tiffany, Jeadan, Sarah, Clayton, Hunter, Jaden, Jeremy, Zack and Josh; five great-grandchildren; and brothers, Ben Hawkins, John Hawkins and Walter Brooks.
