Feliciano Cortes, 64, of Waco passed away July 4, 2015.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, July 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Shore Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.
Visitation: Monday, July 6, from 6-8 p.m. at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Feliciano was born September 4, 1950 in San Marcos, Oax. To Abel and Adelfa (Barragan) Cortes. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, singing, listening to music, and spending time with his grandkids. Feliciano was known as a Spiritual Leader. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all.
Feliciano was preceded in death by his father, Abel Cortes; son, Feliciano Cortes; and brother, Reynaldo Cortes.
He is survived by his loving wife, Irene Cortes; daughters, Teresa Cortes, Edith Cortes, Alexandra Mendoza, Irene Contreras, and Stephanie Cortes; grandchildren, Susie Arzola, Joe N. Arzola, Amberlie Arzola, Jorge Cortes, Alexis Mendoza, Joshua Mendoza, Abigail Mora, Sarah Mendoza, Makayla Mendoza, Isaiah Morales, Aaiden Contreras, Elijah Morales, and Jordi Anaya; great-grandchildren, Julian Arzola, Isaac Arzola, Jailene Lara, Y’miah Arzola, and Eireney Arzola; mother, Adelfa Cortes; brothers and sisters, Hector Cortes, Rosa Maria Perez, Beatrice Cortes, Hortencia Cortes, Marcos Cortes, Victor Cortes, and Abel Cortes; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
