Everardo Zavala, 54, of Elm Mott, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be 10AM Saturday, November 5th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Lawrence Soler officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Friday, November 4th, with rosary recited at 7PM, at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan Zavala and Esther (Frutus) Medina; grandson, Isaiah McRae; granddaughters, Karli McRae and Maria Solis; and one sister.

Survivors include wife of 31years, Debera Zavala of Elm Mott; son, Everardo Zavala, Jr. of Elm Mott; daughters, Victoria Solis and husband Jesus of Elm Mott, Cristina McRae and husband Milton of Bellmead, and Rocio Zavala of Mexico; grandsons, Joshua McRae and Francisco Zavala; two brothers; four sisters; and numerous other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Jesus Solis, Milton McRae, Rolando Perez, Rutilio Benitez, Manuel Rodriquez, and Abel Ybarra.
