Sarah and family. My heart is heavy with the loss of Eugene. He served his country with honor and dedication, while doing the same for his friends and family. He never met a stranger, but if he did Eugene was quick to tell a joke that broke the ice and made you feel comfortable. We are going to miss him, but heaven has received him with open arms. It’s good bye for now, but soon everyone will rejoice and see the perfect “Eugene”. God bless, each and everyone of you doing this time of your loss.
    Your friend,
    Deborah Garrett
