Donald Wayne Campbell, 82, of Bosqueville, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Visitation: 5-7PM Friday, December 20, 2024 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 2PM Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Lake Shore Funeral Home, Burial to follow at Bosqueville Cemetery.

Donald was born on October 20, 1942, in Waco, Texas. He was the third of four children born to Raymond and Elsie Campbell. In 1964, Donald married Shirley Oliver, and shortly after, they started their family. They had 3 children, Damon, Vicki, and Joey. They also raised their goddaughter, Mandy. In 1994, following his divorce from Shirley, Donald returned to Bosqueville to reside at his parent’s homestead, where he would spend the remainder of his life. He cherished the time he spent with his sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles with friends. He loved watching westerns, including John Wayne films, as well as watching wildlife on his property.

Donald was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Elsie Campbell; ex-wife, Shirley Campbell; daughter, Vicki Sharlene Reinhart; brother, Gene Campbell and sister, Joann Rowland.
He is survived by sons, Damon Campbell (fiance, Mindy) and Joey Campbell (wife, Melissa); goddaughter, Mandy Ready (husband, Phillip); brother, Johnny Campbell (wife, Kim); 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren with one on the way, numerous cousins, family, and friends.
Donald will be remembered for his warmth, love for family and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be greatly missed.
