Don was a precious Christian man. I worked with him a lot at Quality Care. He never refused to come visit a resident when asked. Just a wonderful man.

I have known Don for many years. When I was fumbling around the back of Hillcrest looking for dollies or other "stuff" he was always so helpful and friendly. At church I appreciated his gentle unassuming spirit. I know he is in a better place with the Lord he loved!

Uncle Donald was a wonderful person. Treated roughly by life, he kept an amazing attitude and kept his family in his heart. I miss you Uncle Donald!

I just found this obituary onlibe. I remember “Brother Don” fondly. He pastored 2 rural Baptist churches part-time in the Sedalia, MO area from about 1957 to 1963. He was the minister who baptized me. I began writing him some time after his boys were grown (keeping him updated on families from both churches he had known). My family & I visited him on a very hot day in July, 2005 on our way to visit family in Austin.

I just found this online. I worked with him at HBMC during the 90″s. He was my immediate supervisor. I enjoyed working and talking with him. My sincere condolences to his family.
