Diane Brumbaugh Kegerreis passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 in Waco, TX. She was born in Union City, IN and was a former long-time resident of Hampton, VA.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m.,Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Weymouth Funeral Home, Newport News, VA with inurnment to follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. An additional Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Wesley United Methodist Church, Union City, IN, with inurnment to follow at Lisbon Cemetery.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Reeves and late husband, Larry Brumbaugh. She is survived by her devoted husband, Marvin L. Kegerreis of Waco, TX; her children, Robyn Newman (Bob) of Newport News, VA, Sandy Compton (Bane) of Christiansburg, VA, Robert Brumbaugh (Donna) of Hampton, VA, Carie Kegerreis of Waco, TX, Jill Breathitt (Steve) of Krum, TX, and Marvin Kegerreis,II (Michelle) of Waco, TX; grandchildren, Renate (Derek), Stefanie, Bane, Jr., Jessie, Kellie (Keith), Connor, Cade, Campbell, Decker, Aaron, Chelsea, and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Scott, Abby, Emma Leigh, and Paislee; sister-in-law, Mary Brumbaugh of Union City, IN and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Diane Kegerreis Memorial Scholarship Fund; 334 N. High Street, Union City, IN 47390.
