Condolence from Eva & Clarence Walker and Family on February 7th, 2019 3:24 am

Lewis always had a smile on his face. Easy going, and quiet. I thank him for giving advice to my son, Robert which is now his son-n-law. We are family oriented at Greater New Light, but we are now related by marriage of your daughter to my son. Additionally, we are related because of the blood of Jesus. Thank you for your service in the military and as Deacon at our church. Take your rest. You will be missed.

My Sister Doris, and to each family member….it is with great sadness that I write this. My heart aches for you and your family. Losing your best friend/husband/father I know is a lot to bear, but just know that you do not have to go at it alone. Your Spiritual family is with you every step of the way. Even if it’s just to listen. We Love you and Deacon Lewis will be forever and greatly missed in the body. I miss him sitting on the Ushers bench with us, watching over us. Now he’s watching over us from Heaven. His sweet and gently spirit will forever be a part of our GNL family. My Deepest Heartfelt condolences to you all. May the Lord of Comfort be Your strength in this your time of sorrow.
