Darline Brown, 73, of Mart, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her residence.

Memorial Celebration of Life Service: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at Lake Shore Funeral Home

Visitation: will begin one hour prior to the service

Darline was born October 29, 1947 in Fort Worth to Joe Brown and Dorothy Strickland Brown. She worked as a caregiver at Heart & Home and enjoyed taking care of people. She was a part of many peoples lives.

She loved to fish, watch the Dallas Cowboys, Facebook, slot machines and mostly enjoyed being with her family and friends. She was one of a kind and touched so many lives with her smile and sense of humor. As Darline always said when she smiled “Money!”

Darline was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Sue Schrader and Billy Brown; and other relatives, Mary Rodriguez and Bill McHargue.

She is survived by her spouse, David Nyander; children, Misty Roberts of Waco, Tonya Brown and husband, Ron of Waco and Brandy Brown of Waco; grandchildren, Joshua Lujan, Britney Brown, Richard Luecke, Katelyn Roberts, Marie Aries, Sara Snelson, Nikki Snelson, Courtney Snelson and Jonathan McFarlane; great-grandchildren, Michael Majors III; sibling, Alice Copeland; and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
