Cindy went to her new life Tuesday afternoon, August 12, 2008 at a local nursing home after a long illness. Graveside services will be Monday, August 18, 2008 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston under the direction of Lake Shore Funeral Home. Cindy may be viewed on Friday from 8AM to 5PM at Lake Shore Funeral Home. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online Guest Book at www.LakeShoreFuneralHome.com.
Cindy was born December 13, 1949 in Clifton, TX to J.C. Larkin & Katherine Melear) Larkin who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a great niece, Jamie Kersey.
She is survived by her brother Jimmy Larkin and wife, Shirley, and by sister, Martha Breedlove and husband, Dwayne, and by a niece and nephews and their families.
The family wishes to thank Ridgecrest Retirement Center for the exceptional care they gave her and Vista Care Hospice for helping ease her last journey, and a special thanks to Jeff.
Memorials maybe made to Fuzzy Friends Rescue or the Special Olympics.
