Charlene Lottie Tye, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, at the age of 86.
Born on March 13, 1938, to Charlie and Elizabeth Jobe, she lived a life filled with love and laughter, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories
With an unwavering devotion to her loved ones, Charlene cherished every moment spent with her family, especially her great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Tye; sons, Nathan Tye and Douglas Tye, parents; brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Permenter; son, Randy Tye (Sharon); grandchildren, Kristie Lopez (Mark), Amanda Cook (Steve), Rachel Calvin (Donald), Lori Tye (Jose Gomez); great grandchildren, Anthony (Maddie), Mallorie, Tyler and Carlos; sister, Shirley McGovern; and numerous other relatives.
