Bonnie was born on August 19, 1954 in Washington, DC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Marianna Wells, and brother, Robert Wells.
She is survived by her son, Scott Moore (Gina); her grandchildren, Talia and Onnika Moore; her two sisters, Diana Diehl and Carol McCulloch and brother, Steven Wells.
