Condolence from Lisa on December 14th, 2018 5:37 pm

May God’s promise at John 5:28,29 of a future resurrection bring you comfort. Until that time comes, he assures us at Psalm 34:18 that he “is close to the brokenhearted” and “saves those who are crushed in spirit.” So he understands your pain and grief and is eager to help you by giving you the strength you need to cope during this most difficult time. (Philippians 4:13)

Condolence from Rachel on December 14th, 2018 5:40 pm

We are so very sorry for your loss. How comforting to know the Bible’s promise at John 5:28,29 of a future resurrection. I also find comfort in 1 Peter 5:7 that shows that God truly cares for us individually and sees the suffering we experience when we lose someone we love. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
