Memorial Service: Saturday, January 22, 2022, 10 AM at Lake Shore Funeral Home

Billy was born January 31, 1960 in Waco, Texas to Benjamin and Maurine (Sessums) Morgan. He attended Abbott High School.

He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. He was a jack-of-all-trades and had a free spirit. He lived his life to the fullest. He had a great sense of humor, if you were sitting by Billy, you were probably laughing. If you were in need, Billy was there to lend a helping hand. He was a skilled mechanic and could fix or rig just about anything. He was a good man, who lived a full life, and he will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Maurine Morgan; sister, Patricia Bullard, and infant sibling, Benjamin.

He is survived by sisters, Brenda Schultz Bayse and her husband Keith, Beverly Cantwell and husband Mike; brother, David Morgan and wife Kathy; sons, Billy Morgan, Jr. and wife Pharris, Shane Morgan and daughter Bridget Morgan; grandchildren, Sierra, Katelyn, and Charlie Morgan, and many nieces and nephews.
