Betsy Jasso Martinez, 84 of Dallas, passed away April 27th. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM Thursday, May 1st at St. Francis Catholic Church with Rev. Roman Burgos officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Wednesday with rosary recited at 7pm at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend, Waco. Betsy was born January 9, 1924 in Rockdale to Benita Sierra and Antonio Jasso, Sr.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Jane and Juanita; and brothers, Rosalio, Antonio, Jr. and Placido.

Survivors include brother, Clemente Jasso; sister, Trangelina Garza; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Jasso, Lonnie Kesada, Jr., Raymond Hill, Jr., Rudy Torres, Sammy Nava, and Robert Lewis Salazar, Jr.

After services, the family will gather at 1725 N. 23rd St.
