Annie H. Craft of Waco, passed away at her home on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the age of 101.

Funeral Services: 11 AM Tuesday, June 2nd at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco, with Brother Asi Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in China Spring.

Annie was born on May 14, 1914 in Schulenburg, Texas to John Joseph and Anna (Boehm) Hanselka. On July 19, 1941 she married Alvin Lee Craft in Yuma, Arizona and they were married 27 years until his death in 1968. Annie made her profession of faith in her early 30’s and was a member of First Baptist Church, Belton for many years.

Preceding Annie in death are her parents; husband; brothers, Emil Hanselka, Herbert Hanselka, Robert Hanselka, Victor Hanselka, John Hanselka, Leo Hanselka and Alvin Hanselka,; and infant sister, Mary Hanselka.

Survivors include daughters, Kay Craft Haley and husband, Stan of Sugar Land, Faye Craft Collins and husband, Dennis of Waco, Arleen Craft Swagler and husband, Bob of Murrieta, CA; grandchildren, Matthew Brown Collins of West, Jessica Kristen Haley of Sugar Land, John Mark Collins of Waco, Rebekah Adams of Waco, Joshua James Collins of Belton, Esther Ann Seifu of Waco, Elizabeth Jeanne Tittley of Waco, Hannah Collins of Waco; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Losing a mother is so sad but knowing she is going to a better place can bring some peace. Those of us who knew Mrs.Craft know she is with God.Many of you n=may not know me but when I visited my mother,Ruby Karl,every Sunday we went to First Baptis and then my mother,Mrs.Craft and I would go to lunch. Some pleasant memories. Mrs. Craft was a delightful person
