Adam Rodger Oliver

Adam Rodger Oliver age 33 was welcomed into his Heavenly home on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in the Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel

Adam was born on February 12, 1985 in Waco, Tx. He was a respectful young man who’s smile could light up a room. Adam gave his heart to Christ at a young age and aspired to one day become a youth pastor. He  started Tae Kwon Do at the age of 6 and become a Brown Belt by the age of 9. He  also enjoyed MMA Fighting, gaming and spending time with his beloved pets Zeus and Dingo. He Graduated from Waco High School in 2003 and made quite of few friends while attending.  All that knew Adam could see how proud He was of his Irish Culture and loved to show it. Adam loved His family and friends dearly. He will be missed by many.

Adam is survived by his Mother, Sherry Black and Stepfather, Craig Black of West;  brother Joey Oliver and wife Brittney of Waco; niece Moria Oliver Waco;  aunts Jina Jones and husband Elbert of Waco, April Delgado and husband Joe of Waco; uncles Michael Land and Danny Land; stepbrother James Black and wife Amber of Denton; nephew Everett and niece Adaline of Denton; and many extended family members, cousins and friends.

  10. Going to miss him a Lot. He sat next to me at our graduation. That was one of are happiest days. We hung out all the time at school. And on the weekends. I’m so sorry that he is not he with us anymore. But he will always be looking down on us watching over. Rest easy my brother until we meet again. Much love and respect to you and your family.

    I was Adam’s first grade Sunday School teacher. I don’t remember all the children I taught, but I will always remember Adam because of his sweet innocent spirit. He was always cheerful and loving. How sad to lose him so young, but I know heaven is rejoicing.
