Issiah Deon Skinner, Jr. of Waco, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016.

Visitation 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, November 18, at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend, in Waco.

Funeral service: 10 a.m., Saturday, November 19,at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Burial: Oakwood Cemetery.

Issiah Deon Skinner, Jr. was born June, 2, 2011 in Waco, to parents, Issiah Deon Skinner, Sr. and Olivia Rose Moran.

Issiah was known for his long curly hair, and eyes that shined like the sun. He had fight in him, stronger than a man, a gift bestowed upon him by God. He went through so much, and would still smile so big. He loved going outside and would always attempt to stare at the sun, before Daddy would but his sunglasses on. He loved Dr. Pepper and Lollipops.

Issiah will be forever cherished by his Dad and Mom, Issiah Deon Skinner, Sr. and Olivia Rose Moran; his loving brother and sister, Johnny Salazar and Azaylia Flores-Salazar; his paternal grandparents, Shelia Goff and June Goff; maternal grandparents, Johnny G. and Betty Flores; as well, many adoring aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Lee Moran, Sr., Jonathan Lee Moran Jr., Grant Garland, Derrick Smith, Johnny Salazar, Jakobe Flores and Randal Judd.

The family wishes to thank his nurses Tiffany Taplin and Kristy Repp, and the remainder of the staff at Interim Home Health Care. Additionally, the family would also like to thank his therapists, Mariah, Stacie and Holly.
