Cynthia Ann Boykin-Lucas, 61, of Waco, died Friday, February 17, 2017 at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Waco.

Visitation: 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22nd at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23rd in the chapel of Lake Shore Funeral Home with burial following at Oakwood Cemetery.

Cynthia was born in Lubbock the 9th of February 1956 to Dortha and Linsley Boykin. Cynthia was married 26 years to Ronald Lucas of Waco. Her talents included drawing, sewing, gardening, cooking and making her family laugh with her spunky personality. Cynthia loved all her grandchildren, animals and oldies as far as music; and dancing to her favorites. She enjoyed conversing with her friend and neighbor Jo.

Cynthia Boykin-Lucas was preceded in death by her mother, Dortha Shirley; and her father, Linsley Boykin.

Cynthia is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Lucas; her brother, Terry Shirley; her two daughters, Kayce Lee, Kristi Estrada; two sons, Korey and Kobey Morris; 8 grandchildren; 4 great- grandchildren; and her sister-n-law, Joyce Hackworth; as well as other family and friends.
