    Mrs. Horn and Family

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Horn. He worked with and was good friends with my dad Bill Higginbotham at the City of Waco for many many years. My dad passed away in 2004 and Mr. Horn called to check on my mother, Freddie Higginbotham about once a month. She so enjoyed their conversations about the good times he and Bill shared as friends and co-workers. My mom passed away in 2012. I know how much my Dad valued Mr. Horns friendship. May God bless your family and give you all peace and comfort in this time of sorrow.

  4. I’m so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in God’s promise of a resurrection where we will be reunited with our loved ones who have passed away and will never be separated by death again – John 5:28, 29; Revelation 21:3,4
