Bonnie Jo Reed was born on April 4,1960 at Providence Hospital in Waco, Texas. She reunited with Our Father in Heaven at the age of 56, on August 31,2016. Bonnie will be cremated and there will be a life celebration for family and close friends at a later date.

Bonnie was a woman who tried to keep a smile on her face despite her struggles in life. She was kind hearted and never judged anyone. She understood that every one had their own story in life and that it was up to God to judge them. Bonnie loved cuddling with her pet cats; enjoyed arts and crafts; country music; and any movie that involved Kevin Costner. Bonnie Jo absolutely adored her children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, and all of her family.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Roundtree and LaVera Sterling; two brothers, Paul Roundtree and Jimmy Guthrie; and the love of her life, Gary Baker.

Bonnie is survived by her three children, Charidy Walker, James Walker, and Andrew Walker all from Waco; seven grandchildren, Aubery, Cortney, Destiny, Victoria, Trey, Alyssa, and Andilynn; and one great grandson who will be born in February of 2017; her siblings, Danny Guthrie, Delinda Shamblin, Deborah Aston, Kenneth Roundtree, Amon Roundtree, Sherry Dykstra, Eddie Roundtree, Sherma Roundtree, and Angela Erler; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bonnie Jo Reed is greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts. Life will not be the same without her. As Christians, we know that Bonnie is now with Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and is free from pain and worry. Til we meet again, Bonnie Reed. May you rest in peace, dear momma.

Romans 8:18
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Matthew 5:4
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.
